5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of the agreement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer information, and campaign performance data.
6. Intellectual Property
Digital Junkies retains all intellectual property rights to any materials or content created as part of the services. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your business purposes only.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees owed to Digital Junkies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Digital Junkies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
Digital Junkies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
