2. Communication Costs
Your CRM can send emails, SMS messages and automated reminders. These are usage-based because they are charged directly by external infrastructure providers.
Email Costs
$10 per 10,000 emails
Email sending is extremely inexpensive. For just $10, you can send up to 10,000 emails.
For most businesses, that is more than enough to send newsletters, appointment confirmation reminders, and automated follow-up emails all month long.
SMS Costs
8 cents per SMS
SMS is completely optional. If you choose to use SMS automations, the rate is 8 cents per SMS.

So... What Are Tokens?

Inside your Tectonic CRM dashboard, you have full real-time visibility and complete control over your wallet, auto-recharge thresholds, and itemized usage reports.
Settings → Billing Dashboard
Simply click Settings → Billing in your left sidebar to view your live Wallet Balance, subscription plans, and invoice history at any time.
Automated Wallet Recharge
Set custom auto-recharge triggers (e.g. Auto recharge with $50 when balance drops below $10). Your messaging or AI tasks will never be interrupted mid-campaign.
Itemized Usage Summaries
Track exact usage down to the cent: AI processing, SMS communications, call recording storage, WhatsApp, and phone number rentals are broken down transparently month-by-month.
